-60 seconds of handstand hold (keep track of time. When you come down, pick up where you left off)

Every minute, perform
-3 pull ups
-3 dips
Muscle up trumps all pull up and dip movements. If you can do muscle ups, then do them.
– Tabata jumprope (8 R: 20s work, 10s rest)
3 rounds for time:

-30 calorie row
-20 box jump-overs, 24″/20″
-10 toes to bar

5-4-3-2 Aim to have your set of two around 70-80% of 1RM
Then
1-1-1 try to exceed prior 1RM
 
Deadlift
4-3-2-1 Aim to have your set of one around 80% of 1RM
Then
1-1-1 by feel.. try to exceed 1RM.

-3 behind the neck snatch press.

-30 OHS (95/65)
-400m run (all team members)
-15m handstand walk
