-Handstand practice/walk
-Work up to max height deficit handstand push-up (HSPU)
-Practicing HSPU kipping mechanics or toe to bar kipping mechanics
WOD  (20 min cap)
5 rounds for time:
-10 handstand push-ups*
-400m run
-12 toes to bar

* Rx scaling: Deficit strict > strict > deficit kipping > kipping
*Scale down with Box assisted HSPU > dumbbell shoulder presses or push-ups (adjust reps as determined with the coach); may complete as strict/or with deficit or kipping

– db bench press or bench press or strict press
– pull-ups in a single set
-rest 3:00 minutes-
 
Pull up scaling:
Ring rows < kipping pull up < kipping chest to bar < strict pull up < strict chest to bar < weighted pull up < muscle up < strict muscle up.
 
Complete 3×20 weighted sit-ups
Use GHD if abmat it too easy.

Go as far as you can in the following times

Round 1 = 6s (0:00)
Round 2 = 8s (2:30)
Round 3 = 10s (5:00)
Round 4 = 12s (7:30)
Round 5 = 14s (10:00)
Round 6 = 12s (12:30)
Round 7 = 10s (15:00)
Round 8 = 8s (17:30)

Teams of 3
 
-one partner gets in handstand (free standing is Rx. partners may spot, or the wall can be used)
-other partner completes ikey shuffle ladder once before handstand partner comes down.
alternate partners until each partner goes once
then switch to L-sit
-one partner gets into L-sit (Rx = ankles hip height or higher. Scale = knees above hips)
-other partner completes ikey shuffle ladder once before L-sit partner lowers feet, or fails
alternate partners until each partner goes once
then switch to handstand
 
 
Then……
 
Every 2:00 for 30:00-
 
-1 power clean +
-1 squat clean +
-1 front squat +
-1 push jerk +
-1 split jerk
