If necessary, reduce weight from 75% to do your first set of 10 and then adjust from there. Focus on perfect form. If form breaks down then reduce the weight.

WOD 1= 800m partner farmer carry (50/35/25)
The goal is to go as far as you can before you absolutely have to put the weight down. No pacing here. Let each effort be your max
 
WOD 2 = 10 minutes of controlled handstand descents (HSPU negative).
 
Scale descent time using 5s, 8s, or 10s descents according to your ability to control the descent.
Scale position as follows. Free standing > wall facing > facing away from the wall > with toes on box in L-position.
 
Once you have chosen a time and a position, Base your rep scheme using a 5 sets of 5 reps scheme from the mastery chart

Hold Jerk top position for 3 seconds
